(This plant will do better in a co2 tank if you do not have co2 it’s recommended to put fertilizer or have a high light to keep it alive )

Calling all plant lovers ... Lindernia variegated is here ! Looking for something new and exciting? This beautiful green and cream colored plant will definitely give you a unique splash of color ! 🌱🤍

Add a little purple with PURPLE BACOPA! This plant will give a great contrast from all of that green and definitely make your aquarium stand out 💜🪴
(Purple Bacopa will do best with an all around fertilizer or root tabs . High light is also recommended)

New fish Friday !! 🐠🫧
New arrivals at both locations fresh out of quarantine and ready for their new home !

This weeks fish highlight :

Golden wonder kilifish are top dwelling fish that love live foods and have excellent eyesight ! Did you know their mouths face upward to make it easier for them to catch live pray off of the water surface !

Rabbit snails are back in stock !
Unlike most snails these cool little guys are livebeareres and only give birth to one or two baby’s at a time ! Rabbit snails prefer warmer waters and can reach about 4-5 inches !

Garra ruffa are also known as doctor fish and are famously known for nibbling at dead or loose skin but don’t actually have teeth !

Say hello to our newest addition!! 🐢😍

Russian tortoises love to dig little tunnels and don’t grow super huge unlike some tortoises! These guys max out around 10 inches and can live over 50 years

Did you know most tortoises have 5 toes but Russian tortoises only have 4 on their front feet that help them dig (they act like little shovels)

Despite the intimidating appearance he is not venomous! These guys get their name from the vinegar like spray they have as a defense mechanism! Native to the southwestern United States and Mexico !

Despite the cute name “Pixy frogs” these frogs are an impressive amphibian that can grow up to 10 inches and can weigh 4 pounds !

Arizona blonde tarantulas are beginner friendly desert species known to be a pretty hardy species and are more known for the beautiful golden - tan coloration !

Baby Bearded Dragon alert !
These tiny dragons won’t stay tiny for long ! Beardies grow up to 20 inches from head to tail and will need a 4x2x2 once adults ! Bearded dragons are known to be one of the most social lizards but with that being said all have their own temperaments and some like to be handled more than others ! Make sure you have both uvb and a heat light for these guys !

Did you know not all bettas need to be kept alone? This is called a betta sorority and is best done in tanks 40 gallons or more. Groups of 8 or more are ideal to minimize aggression. That said, all bettas are unique so be cautious when trying to house them together. (Please do not try this with male bettas as they are a lot more aggressive! )
