Folks who'd like to meet him can fill out an application at https://www.cityofrochester.gov/departments/department-recreation-and-human-services-drhs/adopt-dog and a foster coordinator will be in touch to set up a meet-and-greet. We ask interested parties to bring the whole family, including resident dogs, to make sure it’s a great fit! 💞🦄
