🐾 Iggy's Solensia Success Story 🐾

We are highlighting one of our star patients, Iggy! When Iggy came to see Dr. Thornton for difficulty walking, his owner was worried about his quality of life. After diagnostics helped rule out injury, Iggy began treatment with Solensia, a monthly injection designed to help manage arthritis pain in cats, as recommended by Dr. Thornton.

"I thought I would have to put Iggy to sleep, but he is like a brand new cat now!" - Iggy's Owner

Arthritis is common in cats, but the signs can be easy to miss. If your cat is having trouble jumping, seems less active, or isn't moving like they used to, they may be experiencing discomfort.
We're so happy to see Iggy feeling better and getting back to being his cute and silly self! ✨

🪰☀️ Warm weather has hit & so have the black flies! Although these marks appear rather alarming, these bites are often asymptomatic. You may see bright red splotches appear on the body, typically found on the abdomen. Rest assured, black fly bites tend to resolve on their own within 24-48 hours without medical intervention! 🥳
