Gusty weather can mean flying debris, scary sounds, loose fences, and anxious pets, so here are a few easy ways to help keep your animals safe and comfortable:

✅ Check fences, gates, and outdoor spaces often
✅ Make sure collars, tags, and ID info are current
✅ Keep pets indoors whenever possible
✅ Walk dogs on leash and avoid trees, power lines, and unsafe areas
✅ Have toys, chews, and enrichment ready indoors
✅ Offer reassurance if your pet feels nervous

🚨🐾 SCOOBY NEEDS OUR HELP 🐾🚨

This post is for one of the dogs who rarely asks for anything.

💙 Scooby is one of Ridge's Rescue's behavioral forever fosters.

Because of his behavioral challenges, Scooby will likely spend the rest of his life in rescue care. While that isn't the future we hoped for him, we promised him something important: that he would always be safe, loved, and receive the medical care he needs.

Right now, Scooby needs us.

A broken tooth has led to a painful abscess, and he urgently needs a dental procedure with extractions. Unfortunately, because of Scooby's behavioral needs, his procedure requires additional precautions and handling, making it significantly more expensive than a typical dental.

💔 Estimated cost: $1,200–$1,500

Dogs are masters at hiding pain, but we know our boy is uncomfortable. No dog deserves to live with a painful abscessed tooth.

Meet Ebert — aka Little E, aka Monkey Boy ❤️🐒 — a sweet, goofy, growing boy who is ready to find a family of his very own!

At approximately 5.5 months old, Ebert is blossoming into an amazing companion and has so much love to give:
