In observance of Labor Day, we will be closed on Monday, September 7th.

Labor Day is a time to honor the dedication and hard work of our incredible team and community. We’re giving our staff a well deserved day off to spend quality time with family and friends.

We will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day 🧡

Today we’re celebrating all the orange kitties who bring a little extra sunshine wherever they go, including our very own Seamus 🐈

Did you know:
🐱 Most orange cats are male, about 80% of orange cats are boys because the gene responsible for orange coloring is carried on the X chromosome.
🐱 Orange isn’t a breed; ginger, orange, and marmalade cats can be many different breeds or mixed breeds.
🐱 All orange cats are tabbies, even if their stripes are subtle, the genetics responsible for orange coloring are tied to the tabby pattern.
🐱 Every orange cat has a unique coat pattern from classic swirls to stripes, spots, or a combination of patterns.
🐱 They can have big personalities, although there’s no scientific evidence that coat color determines personality, orange cats certainly have a reputation for being affectionate, social, and just a little bit goofy.

And if you’ve ever met Seamus, you know he’s doing his part to keep the orange-cat reputation alive.

Agnes, aka Nessie, had her very first visit with us today, and she already stole all of our hearts.
At just 11 weeks old, this Irish Wolfhound pup is already a whopping 26 lbs, and she has plenty of growing left to do. We cannot wait to watch this sweet girl grow up with us!

🐾 Fun fact: Irish Wolfhounds are the tallest of all dog breeds, with some adults reaching over 30 inches at the shoulder. Despite their impressive size, they are known for being gentle, calm, and affectionate dogs.
