Welcome back, Johnson Family Pups. ❤️ We missed you.
After a lot of prayer, patience, and listening... we have some very exciting news.
Over the last year, so many of you have reached out asking if Johnson Family Pups would ever have another litter. Every message has meant so much to us.
To be completely honest, the answer was always, "I don't know."
One thing I do want to clarify is that Ivy and Copper's health was never the reason we stepped away from breeding. They have remained happy, healthy dogs throughout this past year. We simply made the decision that we would only continue our program if it was what was best for them. Their well-being has always come before our desire to have puppies.
We never wanted to breed just because people wanted puppies. Our dogs have always come first. I truly believe they'll tell you what they're comfortable with if you're willing to pay attention.
For the past year, Ivy made it very clear that she wanted absolutely nothing to do with Copper. 😂 Because of that, we respected her wishes and never pushed the issue.
This cycle was different.
Without us forcing anything, Ivy let us know she was ready, and she and Copper have now had two successful ties.
That means... if everything continues to go well, we're expecting puppies! 🐾

A few months ago I told several people we weren't accepting deposits because I truly didn't know if we'd ever have another litter. I'm so happy to finally be able to say that we are officially opening our reservation list!
We are currently accepting 3 deposits. There is a possibility we'll have a fourth and fifth puppy available, but we'd rather be conservative until the puppies are safely here.
As always, thank you for supporting our family, respecting the way we run our program, and loving our dogs as much as we do. We cannot wait to watch this next generation of Johnson Family Pups grow and help match them with the families who have been waiting so patiently.
