Dear Valued Clients,

I would like to remind everyone that our automated appointment reminder system allows you to respond directly to confirm or cancel your appointment.

📱 You will receive TWO appointment reminders:

- 5 days before your appointment: This is especially important! If you are unable to attend, notifying me at this time gives me an opportunity to fill your appointment with another client.
- 1 day before your appointment: This serves as a final reminder of your scheduled visit.

✅ If you are coming: Simply reply YES to confirm your appointment.

❌ If you cannot make it: Please respond as soon as possible so I can make the necessary scheduling adjustments.

Missed Appointment Policy

Appointments missed without prior notice will result in a $15 missed appointment fee, which will be added to your next scheduled grooming appointment.

As a small, one-on-one grooming business, I reserve time specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can leave openings that are difficult to fill, resulting in lost income.

Please remember that these reminders are not just notifications—they are also an opportunity to communicate with me about your appointment.
