it really helps relieve stress anxiety and frustration for your dog to have dedicated time where they don't have to be je**ed around by a leash or harness and given a bunch of com
mands to do different things I try and give him at least an hour a day where he can just be a dog with very little to no intervention from me.

each behavioral issue is complex and should be looked at by professional, but if you are having a behavior issue these are three areas that you could start with to address to see if it helps and possibly even eradicates the issue.
