Su***de Prevention Week starts today.

NOMV has resources for the veterinary community because prevention doesn't start only when someone is having challenges.

It starts with knowing where to go for support. It starts with having resources you can find when you need them. It starts with creating veterinary workplaces where mental health can actually be talked about.

This week, take a look at what NOMV has available and save the resources that could be useful to you or your team.

For those that haven't heard, we lost an animal-loving icon, Dolly Parton.

She was one of a kind, undeniably cheeky, effervescently herself. She taught us how to be independent, how to deal with the daily grind, how to deal with a man-stealer, and how to be accepting of everyone (especially ourselves).

Eagle Mountain Sanctuary: Located at Dollywood, this large aviary was built in partnership with the American Eagle Foundation in 1991 to house non-releasable bald eagles.

U.S. Fish & Service Award: Her conservation work for the national bird earned her the Partnership Award from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 2003.

Doggy Parton Line: She launched a pet apparel and accessories brand where a portion of the proceeds directly benefits Willa B. Farms, a non-profit animal rescue in Tennessee.

Support Dolly's dog line and tell the world 🌎 you ❤️ Dolly.
