As the fire continues to grow and evacuations have been called, we are opening our facility to offer complimentary horse pens for those needing a safe place for their horses.

Riverton- 5 pens available (first come, first served) can also put horses in my arena and round pen if we need extra pens.

Water and trailer parking available on site

What a successful holiday weekend at Diamonds and Twine Equine!

We had the pleasure of caring for 6 horses and 2 "mini horses" (Great Danes 🐾) over the Fourth of July weekend.

A huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with your animals while you celebrated. It means so much that you chose Diamonds and Twine Equine to care for members of your family. We loved having each and every one of them and look forward to seeing you all again!

One of my favorite parts of owning Diamonds and Twine Equine is the incredible horses and people I get the opportunity to meet along the way.
This weekend, we had the privilege of hosting some very special guests!

This is what Dora shared a little about these remarkable horses:
Lykill is considered one of the top Icelandic horses in the United States and has earned the #1 ranking in his discipline. He is owned and trained by Laura Benson, one of the nation's leading certified Icelandic horse trainers. Laura graduated from Hólar University and has more than 20 years of experience training horses. Together, Laura and Lykill are currently ranked #1 in the nation in T4.
Geysir is also among the top Icelandic horses in the country. He competed at the World Championships for Icelandic Horses in 2023 with Laura Benson and is now owned by Dora Becker. Dora and Geysir have achieved success at both national and world-ranking competitions and are currently ranked #1 in the United States in T7.
Both horses are featured in Knights of Iceland performances, which have appeared at numerous well-known equine events and shows. They will also be part of BreyerFest this July.

It's always an honor when Diamonds and Twine Equine can provide a stop along the journey for such talented horses and dedicated horsemen and women. We wish them safe travels and continued success this season!
