When attempting to make a reservation, please be aware of the shield indicators in the system:

A RED shield indicates that your dog’s vaccination records are expired. Reservations will not be accepted in the system until updated records are provided. Please upload your current vaccination records through the system or email them to us so we can update your account.

A YELLOW shield indicates that your dog’s vaccinations are approaching their expiration date. We recommend scheduling an appointment with your veterinarian to ensure records remain up to date.

Keeping vaccination records current helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all dogs in our care. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
