Starting over with a young horse can be exciting, rewarding, and honestly… frustrating at times. Some days it feels like you take two steps forward and three steps back. But those tough moments are part of the process. Young horses aren’t born knowing how to trust, balance, or understand what we’re asking—they learn through patience, consistency, and time.
I chose to start over with not only 1 young horse…but 2 😅
And although I get frustrated and want to give up, I know these girls are more than worth it.

Keeping our horses happy and healthy starts from the ground up! And this year we are putting a ton of time into re-seeding our pasture, per the suggestion of our farm manager and grass enthusiast, Cheese!

A well-maintained pasture provides:
✅ Healthier forage for our horses
✅ Better footing and reduced injury risks
✅ Improved w**d control
✅ Stronger, more sustainable grazing areas

Our horses may think they’re just enjoying a fresh field, but a lot of work goes into creating a safe and nutritious environment for them!
