Picture two shows the repair. I didn’t find matching ceiling paint, but that’s a project for another day.

Learning new skills. Enjoying everything except the standing on a ladder part!

Show me your projects below. Let’s cheer each other on.

Watching these people work right outside my window has been the highlight of my week!

10/04/2026

I’ve got a front row seat watching the construction vehicles as they have torn out the driveway, sidewalk and curb.
It’s part of a more-than-six-month project that our city is doing on our street.

We will be glad to get back our normal street two way traffic. I keep forgetting where to turn to get to my house and end up having to take the long way around.

Breaking up the concrete!

We are getting a new sidewalk and driveway in front of our house thanks to the city project to rework storm water drainage and make sidewalks ADA compliant.

Stay tuned! Fol1ow for more.

Hit the 1ike, shar3, and sav3 buttons for me. It’s free!
