Palmetto Animal League (PAL) is a 501-c-3 non-profit, no kill animal rescue organization that believes every animal deserves a second chance at life. PAL’s Adoption Center, located in Okatie, South Carolina, serves as a temporary residence for approximately 200 dogs and cats while they wait to find a loving home. This comfortable, upbeat facility is also home to PAL's Veterinary Clinic, which offers wellness exams, vaccines and other services to pet owners at affordable prices. PAL uses the proceeds to rescue more abandoned, abused and neglected animals and place them in loving homes. In addition, PAL manages a network of loving foster families to house and care for pets too young or too weak to be adopted. PAL makes a lifetime commitment to the welfare of every animal in its care. Join the No Kill Movement at www.PalmettoAnimalLeague.org.

Sweet Potato can't wait to meet you!
Her name is very appropriate because she's sweet and you can never get enough of her! She originally came to PAL with her siblings, Baked Potato and Mashed Potato. This seven-year-old girl would love to be a part of your family!

💙Say hello to Sadie!💙
Sadie is a petite young tortie with a soft presence and a strong sense of what makes her feel safe. She’s a girl who prefers to keep to herself, choosing calm corners and cozy, out‑of‑the‑way sleeping spots where she can curl up and relax without interruption. Though she’s gentle and low‑key, Sadie isn’t a pushover. If another cat wanders a little too close or forgets her boundaries, she can stand up for herself with quiet confidence. She knows what she likes, and she appreciates a home that respects her space and her pace. For someone who values a peaceful companion with a touch of tortie spirit, Sadie will be a lovely addition. She is sweet, self‑possessed, and happiest when she has a snug little nook to call her own.
