Keep Pets Safe in Hot Weather

Hot temperatures can be dangerous for pets. Follow these tips to help keep them safe:

* Provide plenty of fresh water and refill bowls frequently.
* Keep pets indoors or in shaded areas during the hottest parts of the day.
* Walk dogs early in the morning or late in the evening when temperatures are cooler.
* Avoid hot pavement, which can burn paws. Test surfaces with your hand before walking your pet.
* Never leave pets in a parked car, even for a few minutes. Temperatures inside vehicles can rise rapidly.
* Provide good ventilation and access to cool resting areas.
* Watch for signs of overheating, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or difficulty breathing.

🐾 Welcome Our Newest Patients! 🐾

We had the pleasure of meeting two adorable new kitten patients today! 😻 These tiny furballs were brave during their exams and received lots of love from our team.

Regular wellness visits, vaccinations, and preventive care help kittens get the healthiest start possible. We’re excited to watch these little ones grow!
