🎉 Congratulations, Maddie! 🩺🐾

We’re so excited to celebrate an incredible milestone for Maddie! What started as a passion for veterinary medicine in high school has officially led to becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician! 💙

Maddie’s journey began with completing a Certified Veterinary Assistant program while still in high school. After graduating in 2018, she jumped right into emergency medicine as a veterinary assistant. In 2021, she joined the Advanced Animal Care family as an unlicensed Treatment Technician, and just one year later, stepped into a leadership role as Treatment Team Lead.

Then, in 2024, Maddie decided to take on the ✨totally reasonable ✨ challenge of earning her Veterinary Technology degree while continuing to work full time. 😅 Along the way, she continued to grow with AAC, becoming Practice Manager in the spring of 2026, graduating with her Veterinary Technology degree this summer, and now officially earning the title of Licensed Veterinary Technician! 🎓🩺

For Maddie, one of the most rewarding parts of veterinary medicine is seeing a critical patient finally reunited with their family after spending several days in the hospital. There’s nothing quite like watching around-the-clock care pay off and getting to send a patient home feeling so much better. ❤️

When she’s not caring for patients or leading her team, you’ll probably find Maddie at a concert or music festival with her fiancé and friends—or at home cuddling her fur babies: Riley, her Australian Shepherd, and her three cats! 🐶🐱🎶

We are SO proud of everything Maddie has accomplished and all the hard work it took to get here. Please help us congratulate Maddie, LVT! 🎉👏

Celebrating Kayla—10 years with our team 🐾💙

Kayla started with us when the team was still small and has been here through so many changes over the years. She began as a triage tech and has grown into an incredibly skilled treatment tech—something that comes from years of experience, hard work, and showing up every day ready to do what’s needed.

She worked through COVID, the long days, and the busy seasons, always staying steady through it all. She’s also been here for some of the biggest moments—when ER and general were still one, the transition as they split, and watching the ER get remodeled and grow into what it is today.

From the early, smaller banquets to now, she’s seen just how much this place has grown. Through it all, she’s been a consistent, dependable part of the team, and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

We’re so grateful for her 10 years with us 💙

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our sweet Razzle 🦎💙

Razzle has been part of our clinic family since 2019, spending her days in our lobby where so many of you got to know and love her. From her little costumes to her first birthday party, she brought so much personality and joy to our team and our clients.

She wasn’t just a clinic pet—she was part of the experience, a familiar face, and a little bit of happiness for everyone who walked through our doors.

We are so grateful for the years we had with her, and she will be deeply missed by all of us. 💙🐾
