A shade structure is being installed at the Clover Hill Dog Park at CTC@Hull Recreation Complex.🐾

Small dog area will be closed starting Wednesday, May 18, until construction is complete.

Ruff House Dog Park at Rockwood Park is an alternative site for you pups!🐶🦴

Another chance to celebrate with our partners in Chesterfield!

LAST CHANCE to register! In celebration of Earth Day 2022 and National Volunteer Week, Chesterfield County Department of Environmental Engineering and Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation are calling on volunteers and groups for a trash cleanup in Chesterfield. 🗑️ ♻️ 🌎

Volunteers or groups can participate in self-directed and self-scheduled cleanups anytime during the week of Earth Day, Sunday, April 17 through Saturday, April 23.
Volunteers will meet at one of five designated areas to pick up litter:

• River City Sportsplex
• Mid-Lothian Mines
• Falling Creek Ironworks Park
• Dutch Gap Conservation Area
• Radcliffe Conservation Area

Volunteers are welcome to bring their own supplies, but the Departments of Environmental Engineering and Parks and Recreation will provide supplies like gloves, trash bags, and will provide trash pickup.

To register as an individual or group, contact Environmental Outreach Coordinator Lorne Field at 804-748-1920. The last day to register for a cleanup will be Wednesday, April 20.
