☀️ Heat Wave Policy ☀️

With dangerous heat expected over the next couple of days, my visits will be adjusted accordingly.

A scheduled 30-minute visit does not always mean 30 minutes of walking. It means 30 minutes dedicated to your dog’s care.

On extreme heat days, that may include:

🐾 A short potty break
💧 Fresh water and cool-down time
🧠 Enrichment activities and mental stimulation
🎾 Indoor games, training, or scent work
❤️ Plenty of attention and monitoring to make sure they’re handling the heat well

Every decision I make is based on the conditions and the individual dog in front of me - not the clock.

My goal has never been to squeeze every possible minute outside. My goal is to make sure every dog gets home safely.
That’s the standard I’ll continue to follow, no matter how hot it gets.
