Would like to find someone, a teenager or adult who wants to earn a little cash or some riding or driving time. I have Thurs and Sat eve shifts or Tues, Wed, Thurs morning shifts open. The morning shifts can start at 6:30 or 7 and it takes about an hour to feed and clean paddocks. If you want more time, I have a few other projects. The eve shifts take the same amount of time and can start at 5:30 or 6. If you enjoy horses and nature, this is a nice quiet area and the work is not hard. Looking for someone responsible, committed and caring. Msg me or text 815-546-7995. We are on Clark Rd in Richmond, so you should live in the area, as a longer drive in the winter could be a problem.

Another update - I will have Thurs and Sat eve chores opening this month. I prefer someone who has some horse experience and if not 16 or older and driving, then a committed parent who will stay if needed while the youngster works. 5:30 pm to about 7 pm. Other chores may be available for earning extra time, if interested. Can put it towards lessons, trail rides or I will pay cash. Please call or text 815-546-7995 if interested. I still also need someone to do 2 or more weekday mornings from 6:30 or 7 am to 8 or 8:30 am. Need people who will commit thru the winter, not just the summer months. Thanks!

We are going to Midwest Horse Fair for our 12th year and probably our final. We have a great story to act out to go along with the theme of 'Horse Tales'! Some of our talented drivers are making the costumes and others are decorating the stalls (barn 3, same place as last year). A hint...has to do with dragons and pegasus in Medieval times.

Performances are in the coliseum on Fri at 4:50 and Sat at 4:30.
Our good friends the Midwest Renegades Dare Devils (you have to see their trick drill!), will also be there. Check the schedule at www.midwesthorsefair.com for all the great demos.

Also, we are aware of the EHV outbreak again, and we are taking precautions and gathering all the info we can.

HAHS Benefit Picnic October 2013
We performed a 4 person drill routine to the delight of the audience. Well done drivers!

8 minis participated to the cheers and applause of the crowd. Liz (Travis) driving Mirage, Abbey (Danny) driving Hawkeye, Amanda (George) driving Stormy, Bekka (Ellen) driving Romeo, Wendy and Lila, Mikayla and Duchess and Sarah-Jean (Brandi) driving Mac/Tink and the wagon with Emma helping.

The team went to Midwest Horse Fair for their 11th year and had very nice performances, in spite of the cold and rain. I will try to get pics and videos up in the near future.
