I’m so sad!!! Our pear trees started fruiting for the first time this year and something is eating them!!!

My kids are almost always covered in mud, I use to feel embarrassed by it now we embrace it.

I’ve have more failed crops than successfully ones, over the years I’ve learned to grow what we will eat and do what you do well. Cucumbers will never be my thing.

If I can find all the quail eggs in one trip out it’s a good day, they lay them wherever they stand.

Homegrown, home processed, home prepared 😊

First batch of quail have been processed and we have about 1lb of shredded breast meat left over for sandwiches. Feels good being able to raise, care for and then provide for your family right in your back yard. No third party required.
