Lily is healing from an ear hematoma, which can develop when small blood vessels break and blood collects in the ear flap. Ear irritation or infection may be the inital cause.

Her no-flap ear wrap helps protect the area while it heals by reducing the chance of reopening from scratching or head shaking. Wishing Lily a smooth recovery! 🐾

Attention, Betty Baugh clients! We’re welcoming Kate, our new AI chat assistant, to help answer calls after hours and when our team is unavailable in a timely manner during business hours.

Kate can assist with scheduling appointments and submitting pharmacy requests. During business hours, she can also transfer you to a receptionist if you prefer to speak with a team member. If your pet needs urgent care outside our regular business hours, Kate can connect you with a local 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.

For quality assurance and continued improvement, conversations with Kate are transcribed so our team can review interactions and identify opportunities to improve your experience.

As we get started, we’d love your honest feedback—what’s working and what could be better? Thank you for your patience as we learn and improve together.

After a snake bite, this patient began Phovia treatments to support skin healing. 🐾
Phovia’s non-invasive system combines a topical chromophore gel with blue LED light to produce fluorescent light energy that reaches multiple skin layers and supports natural skin regeneration.
Its quick & painless: Each application lasts about 2 minutes per area (sometimes done twice in a visit). This patient received 6 treatments and the results were absolutley amazing.
