Attention Quioccasin Veterinary Clients.
We are doing our best to always improve our practices and communication to best serve our clients. We have been given the opportunity to add Kate to our hospital. Kate is an AI chat who will be answering calls after hours and when we are unable to get to the phone in a timely manner during business hours. Please understand we know there will be some growing pains with this new technology and we want to hear your feedback the good and the bad! Kate is transcribing your conversation so we can read and look over everything that is said in the call. We want to assure you we will read every conversation carefully and return your call as soon as possible just as if it were a voicemail. Kate has the ability to schedule appointments, take pharmacy requests and even transfer you to a 24 hour emergency hospital when needed. We appreciate your patience and look forward to any feedback you can share with us!

Our Paisley Paws fund has been busy at work helping many of our clients, but there are still so many pets in need that could use your love and support. Paisley Paws is an organization that allows us to keep donations in our hospital for our clients who can't afford life saving treatment, surgery or medication and they will match every donation 20%! When we say every little bit helps, it really does! A simple round up to the nearest dollar at your next visit or that spare change you keep in your car can make a big difference. We appreciate every donation that comes our way and so do the animals, especially Maki, a 6 month old kitten that would greatly benefit from these donations.
