This is why we recommend you picking up prevention in all seasons!

Heartworm disease is very serious and the treatment is more expensive than purchasing your year of preventative for your pet.

Have you given this months dose yet?
Need a refill? Give the front desk a call today and we’ll set it aside for you!

This is Vet Tech Appreciation week and we want to share how much we love our LVT Lynne!

She’s been in the Vet Med field for 15 plus years and has so much love for our patients and so much knowledge!

We are so lucky to have her here twice a week to handle the anesthesia on our surgical patients and make sure they are getting the best care.

We love you, Lynne!

Today is World Rabies Day!
Created to recognize Louie Pasteur, who created the first rabies vaccine, we use this day to remind everyone of the importance of Rabies vaccination is pets for prevention. Especially as we see an increase in positive Rabies cases here in Virginia.

Swipe to see lead VA Kirsty’s cat Hail who came in for his Rabies vaccine. Even though he is indoor only, we know that creatures such as bats can sneak their way into the house and create exposure to our indoor only friends.

Below are some great websites to visit for information and please give us a call if you’re unsure if your pet is overdue!
