We have many dogs and cats for adoption, with newcomers everyday. Help us find them loving homes. Come visit us and meet our wonderful animals.

We get a full range from small dogs to big dogs and different types of cats. They know how fortunate they are to have found a person to love them. If you can't adopt, but still want to help, please go to www.renegadepawsrescue.org, www.fixingtheboro.com, or castawayspetrescue.org to foster dogs and cats. Pembroke Shelter: (912)653-3816

If there is an emergency after hours please call 911. If you have found a lost animal please contact the shelter to make a report and post in one or both of the following applicable groups. If you are missing an animal, we recommend calling our shelters and surrounding counties as well as checking the groups below as well as those for surrounding counties. Two Little Cuddle Bugs

Catina the tuxedo and Burrito the tabby are both 8 week old ladies looking for a home. Both do well with other cats and dogs.

Burrito is a total Velcro girl that wants to be next to you at all times. Burrito is not a fan of canned food but is a big fan of treats and naps on your lap.

Catina is a huge canned food fan! She is always ready for adventure with a hint of mischief. She loves to wrestle and play!

Beverly is a wonderful 10 year old hound mix looking for a calm home to spend her golden years. She loves people but can be a cranky old lady with other dogs. She is a big fan of treats, prancing in the sun, and large soft beds.

🐾 Meet Archer! 🐾

Archer is a handsome, well-mannered boy with a gentle heart and so much love to give. 💙 He already knows “sit” and is an excellent passenger, riding calmly and politely in the car. 🚗

Doorways can make Archer a little nervous, but he is doing his best to be brave and looks to his people for reassurance. With patience and encouragement, he is ready to keep building his confidence. ✨

Archer would do best as the only dog in the home, where he can enjoy all the attention for himself. 🏡 He has done well with child visitors and loves spending time with people.

His favorite things? Beggin’ Strips, jerky treats, pig ears, squeaky toys, and a fun play session! 🦴🎾

Buck is a 2½-year-old C**n Hound mix with a sweet personality, a smart mind, and plenty of love to give. This handsome guy is ready to find a family to call his own!

Buck is a quick learner who already knows commands like *“sit” and “down,” and he’s always happy to show off his good manners. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes and enjoys making new four-legged friends.
