IT STARTS WITH YOU — The tools we use with our dogs are something they graduate to. Something that advances behavior, allows you to have an objective perspective as it relates to correction, and gives your dog the ability to receive and respond to input/guidance at the speed of light. Tool use is serious. Tool use should be ethical and in best practice for the animal. More importantly, you as a handler/owner/etc, should be unyielding and clear in your foundational information & communication to your dog. Your e-collar isn’t the end all, be all. Not all kennels are made for travel and that’s a bigger deal than most people realize.

If your dog is loose in the car and you get into an accident, they don’t just “move around”… they become a projectile. And the cheap kennels you find online or in big box stores? Most of them aren’t built for impact. Doors fail, plastic cracks, and now your dog has zero protection when it matters most.
