Hey did you know if you call and don't leave a msg there is nothing I can do for you...so calling repeatly and upset your call wasn't returned...maybe try texting... communication has to happen somewhere for us to connect as I would love to connect and see how we may help you or make that appt for you.
If we are working with a pet, our priority is to continue w them for their safety and having them ready for their parents time agreed.
