PSA: Yesterday morning a client of ours was walking down Brown Street at 8AM and a man tried to take her dog’s leash out of her hand and steal her dog. Thankfully someone eating outside at Tilly’s ran over and saved them, but the owner didn’t get a good look at the man. Please be aware of your surroundings since this person is still out there.
