Upper Valley Veterinary Clinic in Rexburg, Idaho is currently hiring for a part time receptionist position. Schedule would be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 AM – 5PM with an occasional Saturday. We are a busy practice looking for a compassionate and organized part time receptionist. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and patients, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greeting clients with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Check patients in and out and process payments.
Assist with client questions regarding services, medication, and general care.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills
Previous reception or veterinary clinic experience preferred, but not required
