The anniversary of when I started my business (filed the paperwork) is a month away. I feel like I should commemorate the event, like buying a cake for my business. I'm not sure exactly what to do, but I know I can't eat cake like that anymore. Maybe I should actually go get a photography session done so I can pose with my trophy?

Man. What a crazy road this has been. And I'm still going to have to figure stuff out next year too, since the first year has some tax breaks for starting up your business. Hopefully next year is just as great and has just as much growth, I'm so proud of how far I've come with everything and I'm so happy that people are finding me who need me. I'm genuinely humbled and so grateful for everything that I have learned this year, and for all of the things I'll continue to learn in the following years.

I'm grateful to John for being my rock in all of this, and for being so supportive. I can't wait until I get to the point where he can go back to school and get his PT certification, I feel like that will be such a great chapter for us, but I know it just takes time, and I know we will get there eventually. We are both working hard towards our goals so I know we'll get there.

Anyway, just feeling nostalgic and wanted to update everyone on how I'm doing. Things are going well! Looking forward to more growth in the future, and adding years onto my business. Thank you everyone on (and off) of Facebook who have helped this business grow and thrive, and thank you for being a part of my story! This is only the beginning. 🙂

Oh these guys? Just Gus and Frankie being the stunning little models that they are. Frankie is stable after her scary visits at the vet, and Mr Gus is being such a good brother and watching after her (and of course driving her up the wall per mom!)!
