🐴 LIVESTOCK EVACUATION RESOURCE 🐴

Residents with large animals who are affected by the fires and are currently in yellow evacuation zones may have an option for temporary shelter.

🏠 Rafter C Stable in Fallon has 200 stalls and dry camping available for residents who want to be proactive and move their livestock to a safe location.

⚠️ Please note: Regional Animal Services will not be managing this resource. Individuals are responsible for arranging transportation and getting themselves and their livestock to Fallon.

If you are in a yellow evacuation zone, plan ahead and make arrangements for your animals before conditions worsen.

Livestock Evacuation Information
Fires are affecting areas of Northern Nevada. Residents asked to evacuate with livestock or large animals may bring them to:
Nevada State Fairgrounds (Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center)
1350 N. Wells Ave., Reno, NV
Livestock access: Gate 2

Please have trailers, feed, water and necessary animal supplies ready. For animal evacuation assistance, contact Washoe County Regional Animal Services
