🐶 Lil Dude (6 years old) — Affectionate, treat-loving, and eager to please. Knows sit, come, stay & bedtime. Would love a fenced yard and a family to call his own.

🐰 Buneary (5 years old) — A curious, gentle rabbit who's lived with dogs, cats & other rabbits. Litter box trained and loves dried fruit treats!

At 5 years old, this happy girl is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle companion. Whether she’s splashing in the water, cruising in the car, enjoying a pup cup, or snoozing in on the weekend, Petunia is always living her best life.

Her foster calls her an absolute gem—easygoing during the workday, excited for her daily walks, and always ready to snuggle up on the couch afterward. ❤️

Welcome to our new biweekly tip series.

This week we’re sharing info about pet safety road travel, inspired by Fear Free Happy Homes. 💙

🚗 Travel safely
Use a secured carrier for small pets and a proper harness or restraint system for dogs.

🌬️ Fresh air
A slightly open window can help with comfort and stimulation, but pets should never hang out of windows.

🎵 Calm the vibe
Soft music or familiar sounds may help ease stress—test what works for your pet before a longer trip.

🛑 Plan breaks wisely
Stop regularly for water, potty breaks, and movement. Dogs should always be leashed before doors open, and many cats are safest staying in their carrier.

🎒 Pack the basics
Bring water, bowls, leash, waste supplies, and any meds. A small first aid kit is also a smart add-on.

👀 Know stress signals
Watch for signs like freezing, panting, tucked posture, or unusual quietness—these can mean your pet is overwhelmed or uncomfortable.

📞 Keep vet info handy
Have your veterinary contact info easily accessible in case you need support while traveling.

🚫 Never leave pets in parked cars
Temperatures can become dangerous very quickly, even on mild days.

Ranger (1 year old):
- Adventure-ready! Always excited for the next outing — trails, fetch, road trips, you name it.
- Happy-go-lucky! His playful spirit and curious personality make every day more fun. He enjoys playgroup!
- Smart guy! Ranger loves learning and thrives on time with his people — then happily snuggles up after a big day.

- Sweet & Affectionate! Firmly believes every human hand was made for petting her.
- Bunny Olympic athlete! Loves chasing toy balls, performing dramatic flops, and racing across the room in full-speed zoomies.
