Today is a great day to play with your puppy outside! Yes, I know it is raining - the more your puppy does fun things in the rain and more he/she won't refuse to go potty in the rain too!

One question I get often from new dog parents is “my dog doesn’t like to go out in the rain. What do I do?”
A great way to get your dog to like to go out in the rain, is to take your dog out and do fun things in the rain with your dog. As part of our dogs’ socialization plan, today we took Charli and Jake to a golden retriever meet up as part of Dewey’s golden Jubilee weekend. It was pouring rain and windy and our dogs were very happy to be there so we know when we need them to go out in the rain. they won’t be afraid to to go, because in their experience, good things happen in the rain 😀
