Absolutely STUNNING Steele Mountaineer REPLICA saddle

17 inch diamond stitch padded deep seat with high cantle

7 inch gullet medium-wide tree with flat bars

This saddle will fit your mammoth donkeys and stocly wide mules really well or your mutton withered flat backed horses as it has very little rock to the tree

This saddle is UNBRANDED but appears to be Amish made.

Gorgeous dark chestnut leather

The leather is very soft and supple, has all stainless steel hardware and is extremely well made
Wooden tree with leather panels and excellent spinal and wither clearance

LOTS of dees for gear, crupper or breeching

Currently has front only western rigging.
Rear rigging can be added for $125 including latigo and off billet

Short footprint at only 23 inches total saddle length

Gorgeous studded detail along seat and cantle

Weighs 24 lbs

I'll be honest, I absolutely love this saddle, it's beautiful, secure and supremely comfortable. Unfortunately with my hEDS the 24 lbs is now too heavy for me, otherwise I'd be keeping it

Finished the modifications on my ghost-tec saddle.

Removed old leather billets and added new beta biothane billets, added rear rigging, added velcro to attach the ghost buttera saddle

I just need to add ties, leathers and latigo and off billet set and she'll be ready to test.

I often get asked WHY do I like the aussie and English saddles, especially for the longears.....

Most often (not all saddles or models fit, obviously) the aussie and English saddles offer excellent spinal clearance, flatter trees, have a short overall footprint for short backs, are lightweight and supportive for the rider. They also offer a narrow twist and are very hip friendly

But they don't have rear rigging!

That's where I come in, I regularly customize these saddles with a more forward position front rigging and custom rear rigging along with extra dees for gear, crupper or breeching

I also make the slim-line wide endurance leathers with endurance trail stirrups for added support

Features a roughout seat with cordura skirts and fenders

7/8 western front rigging and added rear rigging

6.5 inch U shaped gullet on semi qhb plus bars with minimal rock

Fits stockier built donkeys and medium built mules really well

Short footprint at only 23 inches total saddle length

Has brand new stainless steel hardware and new stainless steel heavyduty dees

Jockey has some wear so I am including a seat cushion 😊
Otherwise saddle is in excellent condition

16 inch Edix Terquiro Western Treeless Saddle

This saddle is absolutely gorgeous in dark chocolate brown nubuck leather

Heavy quality Nubuck leather, the EDIX Tequiro treeless western saddle looks tough and by using sturdier leather, along with a 14 mm felt layer, this saddle can also be used by a heavier rider.

The pommel is interchangeable and therefore adjustable for a high or low wither. The pommel is made of fiberglass and the cantle of the soft material high density foam.

Lightweight at only 15 lbs

Seat measures 16 inches western and is labeled a size medium

7 inch gullet wide pommel is currently installed

Has western Y girthing/centerfire rigging system, however I can convert it to front and rear western rigging

Underside is thick fleece with internal panels that offer excellent spinal and wither clearance

Short footprint at only 24 inches total saddle length
