**** We were "foster flunkies" with our dog Booboo...She is a 3 legged disabled dog...sweet as can be. Our home is best suited for those dogs looking for a calm and peaceful environment. Our dog is quiet and slow and we'd like to have her friends be that way too (some exceptions). At this time we are not taking on large high energy dogs or dogs who tend to bark excessively. Holidays/heavy weekends can be up to 5 but I prefer just 2-3 dogs at a time. It all depends on the dogs! I have quite a few very established clients so I know these dogs very well and who works well with them. I rarely leave home when I have dog guests (especially daycare) but we will occasionally leave for 2-4 hours depending on the dogs. When doing this 7 days a week, occasionally my husband and I will go out for a few hours or I may have a couple of dog walks /pet visits for my other clients (dogs are never left together unsupervised unless they are "family"-dogs we have known for a very long time and we don't have to worry about them). We separate the dogs into different bedrooms/rooms when going away or to their kennel sanctuaries. Your dog may love to cuddle on the couch, take walks, run, play ball, sunbathe or explore in the large back yard..Our guests also love the comfy window chair where they can look out and watch the cats go by! I have extensive experience in caring for dogs with special needs or in their later years in life. Don't put off getting away as there is a loving place for your elderly or special needs pet! Growing up as an only child in the midwest I was always bringing home strays. I've had a deep love for animals my entire life. I consider myself a pet care professional. My guests safety, comfort and happiness is my first concern and I do anything I can to make them feel at home.
**I am also an artist so I am at home most of the time. I am creating a line of creative products to bring awareness to homeless animals and to help promote pet adoption. It is best to have a "meet and greet" to get a more confirmed price and to see if your dog is a good fit for our household.

*drop offs start at 7am weekdays and 8 am weekends (some exceptions) There is an extra charge for before/after hours drop offs and pick ups. Extra charge after 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm weekends.
*Fees are adjusted based on the level of care that your pet needs. That will be determined in the meet and greet. *** I may be able to offer 24/7 care in certain situations so if you have a situation that you want 24 hour supervision for a certain period of time let me know and I will see if I can accommodate you. My main interest is in private home boarding/ general pet sitting, especially for injured/sick/special needs pets/ cat visits/ hotel visits/ and transport. I am only available for dog walks/pet visits on a spontaneous basis (booked week by week)
I am especially great with senior/special needs dogs and find it extremely rewarding to take care of them. I am now doing airport pick ups/ vet and usda appointments and boarding before usda "sealing of the crate"
**We have a huge yard. We are on a 50x150 lot with wrap around 6 foot fence. The yard isn't very pretty. It is too large to maintain grass at this time but the dogs have never complained! Complete service price list:
