I hate goodbyes, and I hate saying “no,” which is what made this decision especially difficult. However, the time has come for us to close the doors at 8 Pack Kennels.
While this chapter is coming to an end, we are incredibly grateful for the support that allowed 8 Pack Kennels to become what it was. It was YOU who made this business such a success. Your loyalty, kindness, flexibility, generosity, word-of-mouth support, and of course your pups (the very best part!) have meant more to me and my family than I can put into words. Caring for your dogs was never “just a job” to us. Being trusted with such an important part of your family was something we never took lightly - thank you.
This business gave us so much more than we ever expected — not just clients, but friendships, memories, and years filled with wagging tails, muddy paws, slobbery kisses, a camera reel FULL of dogs faces, and plenty of laughter. However, it’s time for a new venture — one that allows for more time with family, especially on the weekends. While this decision hasn’t been easy, it feels like the right one for this season of life.
For those of you with summer bookings, rest assured your pup still has a place with us as scheduled. However, we will not be taking any additional reservations going forward. Please reach out to me if you’re looking for local kennel recommendations.
