They're almost here! Cowboy Evenings! Bobcat Pass is the home of the original chuck wagon dinner here in Northern New Mexico...35 years and running! Give us a call to book your dinner on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays throughout the summer months starting on June 16. This year, you will be entertained by our very own Syd Masters, who took home the 2025 International Western Music Association ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR award this last fall. Come enjoy a BIG, hand cut ribeye, corn on the cob, cowboy beans, baked potato, and homemade biscuits cooked in Dutch ovens...followed by the BEST homemade cinnamon rolls you will ever eat! Rain or shine, we keep you warm and covered in the "Dinner Barn" with wood stoves and sides that go up and down depending on the weather.
