🐾 Scheduling Update for Our Grooming Clients 🐾
We are incredibly grateful for the continued support—because of you, we are currently booked about 4 weeks out!
To make sure our regular clients on a 3–4 week grooming schedule can stay on track, we are making small adjustments:
👉 We are only accepting appointments within a 4-week window.
Requests beyond that timeframe will not be scheduled at this time.
This helps us keep consistent availability for our routine clients and maintain the quality of service you expect from us.
We also strongly encourage rebooking at the time of your appointment to ensure you always have a spot reserved.

⏰ Rescheduling Policy Reminder
Due to our full schedule, we also need to be more firm with our rescheduling policy:
• Two days’ notice – no fee
• Day-before reschedule – subject to a 25% rescheduling fee
Example:
Appointment booked for Saturday
– Rescheduling Thursday = no fee
– Rescheduling Friday = 25% fee
When appointments are changed last-minute, it’s very difficult to fill that spot, which directly impacts our small business and other clients waiting for openings.
