We are planning on being able to spend enough time with clients, so we can educate them and explain why we do what we do. Dr. Ed graduated from Ross University in 2005. Our hospital motto is “Our patients are our pets and our clients are our family”. We value the relationship, continued trust, and goodwill we establish with our clients. Providing quality, compassionate care in a timely manner is our top priority. We must convey to each and every client that we are there when you need us.
• We take a lifespan approach to each of our patients and are dedicated to being there from puppy/kitten shots, through the illnesses and traumas, and eventually the geriatric years until the end of the pet’s life.
• We are dedicated to client education and providing our clients with enough information to make appropriate decisions for their animal companions.

🚧 Heads Up, Better Lives Family! 🚧

We wanted to let everyone know that Better Lives Animal Hospital will be CLOSED Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of next week while we complete some exciting renovations and construction in our surgical room and treatment area to make our hospital even better for you and your pets! 🐾

We’ll be open our normal business hours on Monday 7/27 and Tuesday 7/28, so now is the perfect time to:

💊 Count your pet’s medications.
🐶 Check your prescription supplies.
📞 Call us if you need refills or would like to pick up medications before we close.

We appreciate your patience while we make these improvements and apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support—we’ll see you on Monday and Tuesday!

Better Lives Animal Hospital will be closed on July 4th so our team can celebrate with family, friends, and (let’s be honest) probably a few cold ones after the week we had!.

While you’re enjoying the holiday, don’t forget:

🐾 Keep everyone cool in the summer heat.
💧 Make sure there’s plenty of fresh water.
🏡 Bring pets inside before the fireworks begin—those booming skies are much more fun for people than they are for dogs and cats!

We hope your holiday is filled with great food, happy memories, wagging tails, and all fingers still attached after lighting the sparklers. 😉🎇
