These five precious puppies came to us with their mama from a bad situation. Thankfully, they’re now safe, happy, healthy, and ready to find loving families of their own! At just 9 weeks old, these little bundles of joy are full of sweetness, playful energy, and nonstop wagging tails!

There are 3 females and 2 males Chihuahua mixes who currently weigh just 3–4 lbs and are expected to be under 10 lbs full grown. Vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped , dewormed and started on heartworm prevention.

These little ones have a whole lot of love packed into their tiny bodies! They deserve families who will cherish them, keep them safe, and love them for a lifetime.

Bladder stones can be pretty common in dogs and cats. When this adorable corgi gal came in for a spay, this large hard stone was found during her surgery prep. Unfortunately it was a condition the owner wasn’t able to treat so they asked to sign her over to our rescue. Now Abigail is healing and on the road to recovery. We’re waiting on lab results to know if the stone was caused by an infection or a change in her urine pH which may require a special diet to prevent this happening again.. Soon this sweetie will be spayed and on the lookout for some corgi loving home to love her.

Her surgery was just over $700. We appreciate all the generous donations that help us cover the cost associated with a medical rescue and allow us to help the next deserving pet.

Caribbean Queen, Now we’re sharing the same dream. 🎶 The newest member of our rescue, hailing all the way from the island of Aruba, meet gorgeous Grace. Last month, one of our fosters joined an animal aid organization on a mission to spay/neuter street dogs in Aruba. Grace was one of those dogs and tugged at our heart strings. So after an 18 hour flight to the states, she’s now a California girl. Grace is about 6 months old, weighs 35lbs and has the sweetest personally. She is fostered with lots of dog friends, wants to play with the resident cat and is whip smart with her clicker training. Shes fully vetted, good in a crate and doing awesome on house training. Ready for her new family show her “no more love on the run”

The extraordinary transformation of Divot. In late May, this tiny 5 week old kitten was found injured. She had a bloody nose, swollen shut eye and a skull fracture. Her body temperature wouldn’t read on the thermometer and basically unresponsive. But something told us to give her a chance. Over the next week she needed to be syringe fed, given fluids and on heat support and slowly she came back to us. She needed to learn to eat on her own, walk again and soon she was purring. Now six weeks later, Divot is ready for a new home. Available for adoption from the Tehama County Animal Shelter in Red Bluff, CA. Her adoption includes, first vaccines, microchip and spay. We can’t wait for this special kitten to find her family.

Through no fault of his own, Connor has found his way back into foster. Unfortunately, the other dog in the home just didn’t want a new brother so she once again were searching for the perfect adopters for this guy. The family praised Connor for being such a good, smart and sweet boy saying someone is going to be lucky to have him. This adorable, confident, outgoing Pomeranian is about 18 months old, 10 lbs, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. House and crate trained, fostered around kids/cats and other dogs. Email us for more info.

This little brother and sister are about six weeks old, and will soon be ready for their forever home. They are eating kibble, drinking water, and using a litter box. They came from a mom that had no milk to feed them, but were rescued and lovingly cared for and are now doing great. They are spunky and playful, and love to be
cuddled!
There is a rehoming fee of $35 each, which includes deworming and their first FVRCP vaccination. A small spay/neuter deposit is also required and is refundable upon getting them fixed.

Have you ever heard the phrase “golden retriever energy”? It’s definitely something Lovie gives off. She has many attributes of a Great Pyrenees: calm, confident, double dewclaws, adorable curl tail and a gorgeous white coat. But she also has golden qualities like smaller size (75lbs) and adores all people. Seriously she thinks a stranger is just a friend she hasn’t met yet. She is a mellow,chill lady who’s looking for a couch to surf on. Spayed, housetrained, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for her new family to finder her. Roz is the ultimate doggy backpacking buddy you'd never want to leave behind. Seriously, she's got recall skills that'll put your own GPS to shame, doesn't hog the tent or steal your sleeping bag spot, has enough stamina to hike an extra loop, and is agile like a mountain goat on boulders, plus she's all set carrying her own snacks and gear. Recently, she spent four fantastic days trekking in the Marble Mountains Wilderness with her foster mom and is now on the prowl for her forever family that appreciates a good trail mate.
