Thank you to everyone that joined us for Summer Show #2. The weather forecast in the area was very iffy, but we were lucky to receive only a few sprinkles all day. Thank you to our judge, Emily Cassil Harris. She and her niece did a wonderful job judging and kept the show moving. Our cook shack helpers, Dale Hastings and Brian Zimmerman, kept us all fed. Ted Perry did an amazing job announcing as always. Sherri Murray Hastings kept us all on track and kept the classes moving. Kerri and Lacey, thank you for helping get things set up before the show and in the announcer stand. To those that stepped in to help with the gate, your help was greatly appreciated. Lastly. Kaitlyn Jackson, thank you for everything you do with the entries and behind the scenes. What you have done with Summit Show Systems is amazing!

☀️🐴 Show Day Update 🐴☀️

We know the weather forecast for tomorrow is a little spotty, with the possibility of additional storms developing during the afternoon hours.

Our goal is to get the show completed as planned, but the safety of our exhibitors, spectators, volunteers, and horses will always come first. We will be monitoring the radar throughout the day and making decisions accordingly.

To help us stay on schedule, please be ready when your classes are called. We will do our best to keep the show moving efficiently and make the most of the good weather windows we have.

In the event that weather prevents us from completing all classes, the club will meet to discuss how any remaining classes will be handled and will communicate those decisions as soon as possible.

If you have pre-entered and decide not to attend, please take a moment to scratch your classes through Summit Show Systems. This helps us keep entry counts accurate and the show running smoothly. Remember, you can also scratch classes throughout the day if your plans change or you need to leave early.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and hope Mother Nature gives us a great day to show! 🌤️🤞

The arena is worked up and ready to go!
