Meet our favorite bonded couple~ Spanky and Mark! Spanky is around 8 years old and is a min pin or chihuahua mix type of dog. Mark is around 5 years old and appears to be the same mix.

Spanky is a friendly guy who loves to be held and meet people. He doesn't ask for much and loves his buddy Mark.

Mark can be a bit shy at first but warms up fast, true to his breed mix he just likes to talk and mumble about you being there.

Both of these boys love to cuddle and play with one another, they are neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped. They are bonded and will need to be adopted into the same home.

Meet Pardi! She is a cute little black/white cocker spaniel mix around 5 years old. She keeps her kennel clean, likes meeting other friendly dogs and loves playing with toys. She is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped.

This past Monday, Raytown Animal Services was invited to a classroom at Central Middle School. Animal Control Officer Spence, and our fantastic dog Molly gladly accepted the invitation! ACO Spence had a short discussion with students on what to do when encountering a stray or strange dog, how to pet a dog when you first meet them and other great tips for safe interactions between the students and pets. At the end Molly loved all of the pets and attention, she couldn't stop looking at all of the amazing students for the group photo and then was treated to a pup cup on her way back to the shelter, where she's waiting to find her forever home. Thank you ACO Spence, Central Middle School students and staff for an amazing opportunity!
