Ever notice your dog kicking up grass or dirt after going to the bathroom? It’s not actually trying to cover anything up!

Dogs have scent glands in their feet, so that backward “kick” is really a way of marking territory and leaving behind their own signature scent for other dogs to “read.” 🐕💨

So, the next time you see it, just know your pup isn’t being messy—they’re basically leaving a little “I was here” message for the neighborhood. 😄

Gate Closed, Dogs Safe, Yard Clean

A closed gate is one of the easiest ways to prevent a quick “oops” moment—like a curious pup slipping out while someone is mowing, delivering packages, or even just walking by. When I have finished your service and your yard is p**p-free, you will receive a completed job confirmation text with a photo of your gate securely closed. That way you can feel confident and reassured that everything is safe before you let your dog back out. 8 years ago today, we rescued Dillon (aka Jimmy). ❤️🐾

Yes, he came with a different name, but to stay with our racing theme — since our first dog was Winston Cup Allen — my daughter Taylor named him Dillon after Dillon Speedway in South Carolina. 🏁

Dillon is the sweetest boy. He loves people, other dogs, treats, walks, car rides, ice cream trips, and most of all, just being with his pack. 🐶❤️

We are so thankful he found his way to us so we could give him the life he deserves. His start in life was not a good one, and two years ago we almost lost him when he was diagnosed with ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia), an auto-mediated disease where the immune system attacks the body’s platelets. Watching him fight through that made us even more grateful for every single day with him.

Happy Rescue Anniversary to Dillon, our Pawject Manager, best friend, and very loved family member. 🐾❤️

Happy Memorial Day!

Today, I have a few clients to take care of, including helping a new client who recently broke her hip. I am truly honored to be able to help this pet parent while she recovers and have one less thing to stress about knowing her pup has a clean, safe, and p**p-free yard. Moments like this are one of the many reasons this service is so rewarding and means a lot to me.
