It’s been said that the first week of season is one of the best times to kill a mature buck. He’s still patternable, still predictable, and hopefully you’ve been practicing and have a great plan to take him down! 🏹

However, with all that preparation, things don’t always go according to plan. A deer takes a step, a limb gets in the way, or the shot simply doesn’t hit where you wanted. 🎯

If that happens, don’t push him unnecessarily — especially this early in the season.

Waldeier Thermal Drone Services is available for thermal drone deer recovery throughout Northwest Missouri.

Hopefully you won’t need me this season. I’d much rather see the picture of you holding your buck. If things go sideways, save my number now and you’ll have it IF it ever comes to that.

Labor Day just means one thing… deer season is right around the corner! 🦌

Hopefully everyone has a safe Labor Day and gets a little time to enjoy it. Before long, the stands will be hung, bows will be out, and another deer season will be underway.

Hopefully you won’t need me this fall — but when things don’t go according to plan, save the number just in case.
