Mesa Vista Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and can stay calm in a busy environment, you’ll fit right in!

🐶 What You’ll Do
• Greet clients and their pets with professionalism and kindness
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check ins/outs
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and discretion
• Support our medical team with smooth communication
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming

🐱 What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay positive under pressure
• Comfort working in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
• Experience in veterinary or medical reception is a plus but not required
• A genuine love for animals and their people

Chat with us — Have a question about your pet’s health? Send us a chat, and we can determine if an appointment is needed. You can also share videos and photos with us!
Schedule appointments — When it’s time for your pet’s wellness exam, you can request an appointment day and time through the app, and we’ll confirm.
Refill prescriptions — You can request food and medication prescription refills directly through our app.
Request medical records — Signing Fido up for doggie daycare and need your most recent medical records? No problem! You can easily request them through the app.
Share pet selfies — We LOVE to see photos of our favorite patients! Share pet “selfies” with us, and your furry pal will end up on our selfie slideshow, for other app users to see! Your pet’s photo could even be shared on our social media channels!
