September brought 12 more adoptions to Catcetera!

That’s 12 cats who traded lounge life for forever homes and 12 families who welcomed a new feline companion.

Some found their people quickly while others needed a little more time. No matter how long they spent with us, there’s nothing quite like watching a cat head home with a family who can’t wait to love them.

And with every adoption, we open up space in the lounge to give another rescue cat that same opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who visits, shares our adoptable cats and supports the lounge. You’re helping us do what we love most: finding cats their forever homes.

Thank you to Freya Benson & Explore New Jersey for this amazing article about our cat lounge.

Warning: New Jersey's newest cat hangout is full of professional heart-stealers. Your favorite might even be looking for a home.

A little stretching, a little mindfulness and a whole lot of cats.

If your idea of self-care involves yoga mats, deep breaths and the occasional cat interrupting your personal space, we’ve got you covered.

We have three opportunities to unwind with our adoptable cats this October!

Wednesday, October 14 | 6:30–8 PM
Evening Cat Yoga

Sunday, October 18 | 9:15–10:45 AM
Morning Cat Yoga

Saturday, October 24 | 9:15–10:45 AM
Mindful Movement with Singing Bowls

Our Cat Yoga classes combine guided movement with plenty of opportunities for our feline residents to get involved. For something a little more relaxing, Mindful Movement offers gentle movement, meditation and the soothing sounds of singing bowls.

Each session also includes time to hang out with the cats afterward, because what’s a little self-care without some feline company?

Bring your own yoga mat and prepare for some very enthusiastic (and occasionally sleepy) four-legged instructors.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot at catceteranj.com/book!

We’re all set up at the Catsbury Park Cat Convention, and we brought the goods! 🐱🐾

A whole convention dedicated to cats and the people who love them? Obviously, we had to be here.

Stop by our booth to shop Catcetera merch, including shirts, hoodies and plenty of other goodies for cat lovers! Plus, we’d love to chat with you about the lounge, our adoptable cats and how you can support what we do.

Whether you’re here to shop, meet fellow cat people or just embrace your cat obsession, come say hi!
