This is a problem for most TNR groups.
Sharing this post because we need to get our traps back.
We never ask for a deposit and sometimes we just need a reminder to pick them back up.
We can’t do our job without our traps.
We have lately been adding our logo sticker to the traps. Some may have MCTNR on them.
PLEASE return our traps!!
🚨 TRAP ROLL CALL! 🚨
Over the last couple of years, we’ve loaned out quite a few of our brown Tru-Catch traps to community members helping with TNR, and a few of our little friends haven’t quite made their way back home yet.
So, we figured it was time for a friendly “Hey… do you happen to have one of our traps?” post. 👀
If you’ve borrowed a trap from Stray Cat TNR, would you mind taking a quick peek in your garage, shed, basement, porch, trunk, or that magical place where things go when you put them somewhere “safe so you won’t lose them”? 😂
There is absolutely no judgment if you realize you’ve had one for six months… or a year… or you’re currently reading this while slowly turning your head toward the trap sitting in the corner of your garage. 🤣
We’d just love to get them back into rotation! Our traps stay very busy with TNR, and every trap we have available is another community cat we can get to a spay/neuter appointment. 🐱✂️
If you find one, just send us a message and we’ll arrange to get it back!
No late fees. No trap-shaming. We’re just calling the kids home.
All of our traps have "SC" and a number engraved on the top plate as pictured below.
