I guess we haven’t introduced ourselves
Meet the Colony Creek fam!

On the Right Jade Barrett (trainer) his wife Keithlynn, daughter Teayl, and son Tater.
On the left Trace Barrett (trainer) and wife Ambry.

Jade and Trace are brothers, they had a dream and to start a horse training facility together. Three years ago it was drawn in the sand of their idea of what they wanted the place to look like. And with Gods blessing they have made it happen. Tons and tons of hard work and time they’ve poured into the place.

Between trying to get the place prepared for client horses the guys spent time working at ranches around Texas. As well as picking up day work around the area, and starting horses for people. Their end goal was always to work for themselves.

To every client who has trusted us with your horses, recommended us to someone, followed along, encouraged us, or supported our family in any way—thank you. Every horse that comes through our gates allows us to continue doing what we love and building the life these two brothers once dreamed about.

We’re incredibly grateful for how far God has brought us, and we’re excited for everything still ahead.

Welcome to Colony Creek. From our family to yours, thank you for being part of it. 🤎
