Meet our Pet of the Week: Mavis! 🤍

This 14-month-old tuxedo kitty is a front-and-center star in the Cattery! Mavis loves her perch, where she can keep a watchful eye on every stranger who strolls by. Think of her as the Cattery’s very own security guard (a sassy, fashionable one in a tux, of course).

But when she thinks no one is looking, Mavis shows off her goofy side! She will chase toys, string, and even her own tail. She just needs a little time to trust you first. If you rush in to pet or play, she’ll scamper off to hide, so be sure to take it slow!

The secret? Introduce yourself by letting her sniff your hand, then give her some time. Once she decides you’re one of her people, you’ll have a best friend and a playmate for life! 😻

Stop by to meet her today! We are open from 12-6 pm! 🐾

Meet Archie! 🐾 He was adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center on December 3rd, 2022!

He's brought so much joy to his family and been a source of comfort through some heartbreaking times. He always makes them laugh, has the sweetest personality, is an absolute snuggle bug, and completely adores his mama. 🤎

Adopting him was one of the greatest decisions they’ve ever made!
