In keeping with our policies to back breeders during difficult times, the PRE Stud Book office has launched a campaign that will begin this forthcoming 1st of August and will continue until the 15th of October of 2013 (including both dates).

Due to lack of response, the Tribunals for Qualified Stock for 2013 are postponed to 2014. USPRE has requested the same dates for 2014--the first week of September--and are waiting confirmation from ANCCE. In January, USPRE will publish a notice with prices based on a minimum required number of hors...

Qualified Tribunals for Breeding Stock (TRC) are tentatively scheduled for the first week of September. At this time, we do not have enough horses registered to justify the cost. COPA California would like to encourage all owners of the PRE horse who will have horses to present in future Revisions, attend one of this years Revision sites during inspection. The rules of Revision have changed and a movement component has been added. This is an opportunity for education and will benefit all breeder who attend.
