🥘Spring Vegetable Frittata
This California Grown vegetable frittata is made with seasonal organic produce like fresh zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, peas, roasted red onion, and tender greens. Baked with fluffy pasture raised eggs, creamy goat cheese and cottage cheese for extra protein, then finished with our homemade nut-free pesto. Optional - add organic chicken sausage.
Served with a side salad of Soil Born Farms salanova salad mix and Camina sourdough bread and organic butter.
